Updating and maintaining accounting books
- Bank reconciliations and cash count
- Stock and fixed assests inventories
- Issuance of payment vouchers (invoices, receipts, credit notes).
- Preparation of payroll and issuance of payment slips.
- Elaboration of labor contracts
- Tax liquidation and declaration
- Preparation of Financial Statements and notes
- Preparation of consolidated financial statements
- Preparation and presentation of the annual income tax return.
- Attention to audits and requirements of Sunat
- Preparation of budgets and projected cash flow.
- Tax planning
In Mandomedio, we are looking for a Bilingual Administration and Accounting Coordinator for one of our clients, an important North American company of architectural services for the retail sector.
**Requisitos**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields.
- 6 years of experience in the area
- Advanced Level of English (fluently speaking, writing, listening & reading)
- Excel proficiency at an advanced level
