As SP&A Lead for Peru and Ecuador you will be part of the global Local SP&A team and at the same time you will be the thought partner of the General Manager, you will have to have the 360 view of the countries, track the main KPIs, owner of the P&L, and help prioritize and orchestrate all the efforts between the local and global teams to ensure we achieve the objectives, and if possible, exceed them

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
- Leading the country's planning- Lead and prioritize key local initiatives- Lead the development and tracking of metrics on a weekly basis- Create and develop business cases and financial models for key initiatives that are aligned to financial and strategic objectives- Identify key stakeholders to ensure that initiatives are executed and establish agreements between the different areas- Identify execution risks and find resources to unblock them- Work closely with data to help teams reach their goals faster

- Extensive project management and leadership skills including diagnosis, design and execution of diverse projects- Experience with the design and execution of data analysis as well as leading with data-driven decision making- Experience interacting with multiple stakeholders and managing conflicting priorities and timelines- Thrives working in a very fast paced, rapidly evolving, performance driven, environment- Exceptional problem solving skills - comfortable working in changing environments and dealing with highly complex business challenges- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, including presentations or other mediums to communication complex ideas- Curiosity to learn and work in the start-up/tech world of LatAm- Exceptionally strong excel modeling knowledge.- SQL skills are a plus. Eagerness to learn a must.- Advanced English is a must
