**Conocimientos, habilidades y experiência**:
- Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.
- ** Máximo 2 años** de experiência en análisis de operaciones.
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Dominio del inglés y español.
- Experiência con herramientas de análisis de datos (por ejemplo, Excel, Power BI).
- Conocimiento de metodologías de mejora de procesos.
