Responsibilities & Tasks:

- Legal due diligence on claims to be purchased.
- Working in a team to execute transactions.
- Writing a legal review for claims to support the legal conclusion for the investment committee’s review.
- Day to day liaison with 3rd party advisors and co-counsel where applicable.
- Qualified lawyer.
- Experience with review and/or litigation of insurance claims.
- Transactional services due diligence experience.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Willingness to take initiative and be comfortable working in a small dynamic environment.

**Salary**: S/.4,000.00 per month
