Hoy nuestra dirección Procurement se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a Senior Category Lead, quien tiene como objetivo ejecutar y construir los KPI´s del Programa de Gestión, que permiten el crecimiento sostenido, la rentabilidad y el servicio de cara a nuestros clientes.

Dentro de las principales **funciones** a realizar se encuentran:

- Encargado de la elaboración y seguimiento del Plan de Compras Anual así como la asignación de los responsables de categoría
- Gestión integral de los procesos de licitación estratégica de las categorías productivas y no productivas asignadas cumpliendo con todos los procesos del flujo: recopilación de información, búsqueda de proveedores, negociación de contratos, proceso administrativo, implementación de servicio, entre otros.
- Gestión integral de los procesos de licitación tácticas de las categorías productivas y no productivas asignadas cumpliendo con todos los procesos del flujo: recopilación de información, búsqueda de proveedores, negociación de contratos, proceso administrativo, implementación de servicio, entre otros.
- Gestión integral de los procesos de licitación de proyectos (Capex) cumpliendo con todos los procesos del flujo: recopilación de información, búsqueda de proveedores, negociación de contratos, proceso administrativo, implementación de servicio, entre otros.
- Gestionar junto con el equipo de Procurement Regional las licitaciones con impacto al país
- Gestionar la cartera de proveedores críticos y su debida diligencia: Cumplimiento documentario, procedimientos, etc.
- Liderar la administración de la cartera de contratos y el continuo seguimiento
- Supervisar la creación y modificación de proveedores
- Liderar la gestión, monitoreo y control los Internal Control Standards (ICS) asignados a Procurement
- Gestionar la cartera de arriendos de los locales
- Proponer un plan de trabajo con mejoras de procesos actuales que incluya presupuesto asociado y metas para indicadores claves bajo su responsabilidadHaremos Match si cumples con los siguientes

- Estudios concluidos en carreras como Administración de Empresas,Ingeniería Industrial, entre otras.
- Experiência como mínimo de 4 a 6 años en puestos similares.
- Ingles a nível Avanzado (Indispensable).
- Conocimiento SAP (Deseable)
- Office a nível Avanzando(Deseable).
