Responsable de ser un único punto de contacto para todos los aspectos relacionados con las operaciones de ventas (por ejemplo, ventas de campo, distribuidores, DSD, etc.) dentro de la zona geográfica asignada.
**Un día en la vida de...**
- Asegurar el logro de los objetivos/KPI acordados (NPS, RIG, TS, distribución, cobertura/frecuencia de llamadas, comercialización) para el Área asignada.
- Implementar, dar seguimiento y actualizar Plan de Ventas de Campo para el Área asignada
- Responsable de establecer objetivos, liderar el proceso de negociación con Distribuidores (o cualquier otro socio externo). Ejecutar un seguimiento diario del desempeño del cliente en comparación con los KPI definidos (ventas agotadas, nível de inventario, realización de pedidos a tiempo, etc.).
- Responsable de la ejecución de los planes de Categoría de Canal en el POP (Plan de Ciclo del ICP).
- Apoyar el desarrollo de planes de ventas de campo y canales de categorías brindando retroalimentación sobre la ejecución de las actividades del plan de ciclo.
- Responsable de brindar información de calidad y oportuna sobre el pronóstico de demanda por parte del cliente, informar sobre la dinámica del mercado y actividades de la competencia.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de todos los principios y políticas de la empresa, incluidos NMLP, TS, Nestlé/política comercial local, términos comerciales locales, IC3, seguridad y regulaciones locales.
- Entrenar, motivar y desarrollar la fuerza de ventas directa de Distribuidores o Nestlé.
**Lo que te hará exitoso**
- Más de 5 años en marketing o ventas, y durante este período ha cumplido con éxito los KPI.
- Capacidad demostrada para liderar personas.
- Capacidad para comprender todas las funciones de ventas, es decir, CCSD, Cliente, Campo.
- Tenía experiência en la gestión del equipo de ventas de campo.
