Now we’re looking for a **Marketing Partner Specialist**. You’ll be a part of our Perú Softline Team.
**What you’ll do**:
**_
Key Responsibilities:_**
- Grow sales pipeline through lead generations campaigns and integrated partner marketing programs for LATAM region.
- Come up with scalable and efficient marketing campaigns to drive products and solutions.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant company functions are informed of the plans and activities.
- Grow the value proposition of co-marketing programs for current partners.
- Drive marketing consistency among partners to ensure Softline brand and value proposition is accurately and professionally represented.
- Establish & support relationships with partner sales, channel, and marketing teams to improve sales potential.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Softline Innovation Growth Division strategies and objectives.
- Work with HQ marketing team to take advantage of global capabilities.
- Keep record of all marketing activities including metrics, ROI, insights and recommendations for action plans.
**Profile requirements**:

- +4 years’ experience in B2B marketing
- Technology industry experience working with corporate partners to develop co-marketing initiatives.
- Marketing Degree or related
- English: conversational level
- Track record of delivering strong results and innovation.
