**Coordinador/Coordinadora Técnico Nacional de Gestión de Respuesta Humanitaria**

**Propósito de la posición**: Proveer asistencia y soporte técnico para asegurar que las familias, niños/as, comunidades y el staff de Plan Internacional desarrollen capacidades para realizar acciones de construcción de resiliencia para la reducción de riesgo en emergencia y desastres; e igualmente, para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y rendición de cuentas durante la respuesta a situaciones de emergencia y desastres con un enfoque de género. Asimismo, lidera técnicamente la implementación de proyectos y programas del área, siendo responsable de brindar soporte técnico, asesoría y guía a líderes de proyecto y Gerentes/as de Unidades de Programas en lo que respecta a estrategias, planes, herramientas, recursos, alianzas y todo lo que garantice la calidad de las intervenciones, y su alineación con los estándares internacionales. Es responsable técnico de la definición e implementación del Plan Nacional de Respuesta Humanitaria, así como la movilización de fondos a través de propuestas.

**Requisitos**:

- Título universitario en ciencias sociales, diplomado o maestría en temáticas afines a respuesta humanitaria.
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en respuesta humanitaria.
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en procesos de planeación, diseño y alineación estratégica, monitoreo, evaluación y sistematización de programas/proyectos de desarrollo social.
- Experiência en cargos similares en organizaciones de desarrollo y/ o sector público.
- Experiência en formulación de proyectos, negociación de propuestas de financiamiento.
- Sólidos conocimientos de marco normativos y de políticas del país para la respuesta humanitaria.
- Sólidos conocimientos y experiência (deseable) en el manejo de enfoques de género.
- Sólidos conocimientos de los estándares humanitarios para la respuesta humanitaria.
- Disponibilidad para viajar dentro y fuera del país y trabajo de campo.
- Dominio del idioma inglés.
