**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Maintain internal security. Manage problems and isolate root cause. Maintain Report Input Definitions
- Maintain Distribution Definitions
- Maintain Report Banner Pages. Test the PTF's/APARs as requested
- Process service requests from all of our client base, performing updates as requested or as needed
- Perform problem determination and resolution and work with other levels of support
- Responsible for some batch maintenance jobs
- Use local tools to perform scheduling procedures, including monitoring scheduling, prioritizing scheduling, and reporting on schedules
- Tailor and use change management tools, processes, and services to plan, facilitate manage and control changes to the system environment.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Student or Graduate in Computing and Informatics or Student or Bachelor in Computer Engineering and Systems, Computer Engineering or related
- Basic English
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of SQL and Oracle distributed databases
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, PHP, HTML
- Office automation
- BMC Control
- M -TSO, ISPF
**Required Education**
Bachelor's Degree
