- Diseñar y ejecutar las estrategias de contenido para marcas emblemáticas de Foods y Home Care (3 marcas) y marcas core, gracias a un profundo entendimiento de los hábitos de consumo de medios de los consumidores, los trends de comunicación y los objetivos de negocio de las marcas que gestionará (KPIs de negocio, Brand Tracking, etc.), asegurando que todo el contenido de la marca esté en línea con el Brand House/Objetivo de comunicación (incluyendo ATL, Digital, contenido web, CRM, Ecommerce, etc). Participar activamente en el desarrollo del Brand House de sus marcas y en la definición de estrategia, persona chapter, Big Idea, etc.**PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES**
- Diseñar la estrategia de comunicación y los planes de contenido de las 4 marcas emblemáticas de Foods + todas las marcas de foods regionales, y asegurar su correcta ejecución en los diferentes touchpoints.
- Liderar la malla de innovación del área de IMC con especial enfoque en digital, ej. producción de contenido con AI, hacer de la hiper-personalización una ventaja competitiva, etc.
- Delegar los proyectos al analista jr que le reporta, manejando su carga de trabajo y acompañando su desarrollo; estando al tanto de todo lo que está pasando en sus proyectos.
- Participar y construir activamente en todas las sesiones de desarrollo del Brand House de sus marcas, presentaciones de Big Idea, Brand books, etc.
- Construir la estrategia digital y social playbook de las marcas emblemáticas y de las marcas que recomiende contar con estos assets, en conjunto con la agencia creativa.
- Participar y construir activamente en las devoluciones estratégicas y creativas por parte de la agencia, asimismo en las PPGs, grabaciones, offlines y onlines de las producciones.
- Constante research sobre marcas (global, regional o local) que puedan ser usadas como bench para la estrategia de contenido de nuestras marcas
- Analiza y entiende con el equipo de Media Planning como los medios y la creatividad impactan en los resultados de negocio, está al tanto de los pains de las marcas y los traslada en co-diseño y ejecución de planes ganadores.

**EXPERIENCIA**
- Egresado de la carrera de administración, marketing, comunicaciones o afines.
- Estudios Complementarios complementario referente a Medios y/o Marketing digital (Deseable)
