El rol de Data Business Consultant NEO será responsable de comprender a fondo los objetivos de negocio de nuestros clientes y definir estrategias de crecimiento, basadas principalmente en proyectos de explotación de datos. El Data Business consultat deberá poder llevar la relación con clientes, identificar oportunidades comerciales basadas en necesidades de negocio y liderar equipos de trabajo compuestos por especialistas de Paid Media, CRM, SEO y Analytics utilizando un enfoque Data Driven y trabajando bajo la metodología Growth Hacking. Buscamos un mindset solucionador de problemas práctico e intuitivo impulsado por la curiosidad intelectual para desarrollar soluciones creativas.

**Tus retos diarios serán**:

- Mantenerse informado de tendencias de mercado
- Entender la estrategia comercial de clientes en distintos rubros como: Farma, Consumo masivo, banca, retail
- Identificar necesidades para potenciar estrategias con proyectos de datos: Desarrollo de dashboards, Integración de bases de datos, Proyectos de testing.
- Identificar oportunidades y desarrollar informes de Growth hacking utilizando datos: Optimización por canales: SEO, SEM, Paid, CRO
- Coordinar directamente con clientes : Product Owners, gerentes de trade, Ecommerce y Marketing.
- Supervisar la correcta ejecución de proyectos, incluyendo documentación y seguimiento de procesos internos.

- Egresados de las carreras de marketing, administración, publicidad o afines.
- 1 año en posiciones similares. (1 año de experiência en marketing digital, Business Intelligence, Growth Hacking, Data Analytics.)

**Hard Skills**:

- Google Analytics a nível basico.
- Manejo de Power BI, Looker Studio o Tableau a nível intermedio.
- Excel (manejo de funciones y tablas dinámicas).

- Comunicación a todo nível.
- Mentalidad Data driven.
- Time management.
- Agile mindset y proactividad.
- Adaptación al cambio.
- Trabajo con equipos multidisciplinarios.
