**Sales District Manager**
**Responsabilidades**:
- Actuar como enlace entre GM y sus concesionarios.
- Facilitar la tutoría y la consultoría para garantizar que se cumplan los objetivos de ventas y servicio mensuales/anuales.
- Realizar un seguimiento del índice de satisfacción del cliente (NPS) del concesionario u otros recursos de retroalimentación del cliente para identificar y abordar deficiencias u oportunidades.
- Asistir en los lanzamientos de productos para garantizar una comercialización y publicidad optimizadas entre el concesionario y GM.
- Establecer y gestionar relaciones.
- Supervisar la capacitación del personal y garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos/objetivos de GM.
- Asistir con la gestión de inventario, incluidos los pedidos de vehículos y/o piezas y la estabilización del inventario.
- Analizar las ventas del concesionario, el mercado local y la competencia para identificar oportunidades de ingresos.
- Aumentar las ventas de vehículos y piezas de GM a sus clientes.
- Asistir en la resolución de problemas de los clientes.
** Esta posición cuenta con Company Car asignado.**

**Calificaciones requeridas**:
- Educación: Graduado universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Ciencias Económicas, o relacionadas.
- +5 años de experiência en puestos similares y en negociaciones comerciales.
- Microsoft Office: nível intermedio.
- Inglés: nível intermedio.
- Contar con licencia de conducir activa.
- Disponibilidad para realizar visitas comerciales y trabajar en Lima, Perú en régimen híbrido (1 vez por semana presencial en las oficinas y el resto del tiempo se realizan visitas a la red de concesionarios).
**Calificaciones deseables**:
- Experiência en rubro automotriz y/o relacionadas.
- Conocimientos en Data Tools/PowerBI/Manejo de bases de datos.
