Peru & Chile - Sales Executive Manager

At Knot Worldwide we are looking for our next **Sales Executive Manager** **Chile & Perú** to join the B2B Sales team. This team is responsible for building rapport with business owners, advising them on how advertising on TKWW is going to help market their business to engaged couples. The SEM will have direct managerial responsibilities over the Chilean and Peruvian field sales teams.
The SEM will be responsible for driving sales activities within assigned territories by managing and developing the sales teams, performing sales forecasts, ensuring sales revenue and profit growth. As a sales leader, you will support the company's strategic plan due to the rapid and significant growth of its business in the region.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Achieve and exceed the country's monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota, strategic and unit sales objectives, profit goal and market share goals.
- Monitor data and analytics to calibrate approach or modify strategy as needed.
- Lead, manage and motivate the team by providing clear expectations, appropriate coaching, mentoring and feedback.
- Develop sales plans and strategies to increase market penetration within the region.
- Develop and implement action plans for responsible sales representatives through periodic meetings and traveling with sales representatives.
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:
- Available to travel frequently within Peru and twice per quarter to Chile;
- ~6 years' experience in Sales; Business Development and Account Management;
- 4 years' of people management experience (of between 5- 10 people);
- Proven leadership and planning skills;
- Proven skills in managing and developing others;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Advanced ability to recognise financial implications of business decisions and strategy;
- Ability to work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors;
- Advanced teamwork skills;
- Proven experience in sales management;
- Experience owning the full lifecycle of a customer - new business, service, renewal and upsells;
- Degree (Marketing, Sales or related field).
- English level Proficient.
