Staff Boom, a company that provides outsourced services, is looking for a **Bilingual Operations Manager.**
**Job Requirements**:
- Experience in management, operations and leadership is a must.
- Ability to build relationships among managers, clients and employees.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel, is a must.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage a team of Operations Supervisors.
- Develop and implement processes to streamline operations and improve overall performance.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
- Support worker communication with the management team.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and accurate services.
