**¿Quiénes somos?**

Estamos en España, México, EEUU, Perú, Colombia y Singapur. Acompañamos a nuestros clientes en proyectos de transformación tecnológica y ágil. Trabajamos en equipos organizados por capacidades y en squads multidisciplinares en proyectos muy diversos.

**Funciones del cargo**:
Como ATF/ Scrum Master tendrás un papel clave dentro de los proyectos en los que trabajes.
- Realizar agile coaching a todos los miembros del squad.
- Promover el mindset lean
- agile en el squadRetar el status quo a nível squad, trabajando mano a mano y de forma coordinada.
- Enseñar al equipo a remover sus impedimentos e Idear, identificar mejoras o implementarlas, según proyecto.
- Guiar al squad a ser organizadoPromover la cultura de mejora y aprendizaje continuoRealizar seguimiento y planes de acción para la evolución de madurez en la agilidad del squad.
- Facilitar los eventos agiles del squad.
- **Participar en un entorno de innovación **con sus distintas fases: exploración, ideación y experimentación.
- Ser parte del equipo de la creación de productos digitales Wow.

**Requerimientos del cargo**:

- Sean bachiller en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Software, afines.
- Experiência en Scrum, Kanban, OKR y Facilitación de equipos
- Que manejen métricas básicas: Burn down, Burn up, velocity, cycle time, lead time,thoughputConocimiento en concepto DevSecops, pruebas automatizadas refactoring basico y deuda técnica.
- Acompañamiento de 3 squads/Labotarorios enfocados a innovación.
- Experiência proceso de TI (Desarrollo de Software y otros)
- Con dominio de artefectos de radiación de información y su aplicabilidad en el entorno.
- Con experiência real mínima de 3 años como Scrum Master o en roles de agilidad.
- Que tengan experiência en la definición de OKRs con equipos.Que acrediten experiência acompañando squads tecnológicos en paralelo.
- Que tenga experiência implementando tableros Kanban y métricas de performance.
- Enfoque de valor y experiência en slicing.
- **Experiência en ambientes de innovación o en startups.**:

- Experiência en el uso de JIRA y generación de Dashboards.
