PRINCIPALES ATRIBUCIONES / RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Los HSPs SPoC están centrados en entender las necesidades enfocadas de los HCPs y satisfacer esas necesidades reales con educación, información, interconexión con otros SMEs y, cuando es apropiado, con colaboración en áreas de mutuo interés.- Rol consultivo; haciendo las preguntas correctas, escuchando activamente para identificar y comprender las reales necesidades de los clientes y ofrecer soluciones personalizadas, que darán como resultado relaciones duraderas y verdaderamente valiosas con los clientes.- Único punto de contacto: rol orquestador con los expertos de cara área cros funcional para brindar las soluciones que necesitan nuestros clientes- Conocedor de las preferencias de los clientes en cuanto a contenido y canales para orquestar una experiência de cliente ideal a través de la selección de contenido relevante- Impulsar una participación más profunda en el contenido educativo y científico a través de las nuevas plataformas- Las interacciones contempladas con los HCPs y cualquier actividad diseñada a apoyar el impacto de nuestros medicamentos en beneficio de la salud o calidad de vida del paciente

Calificaciones Necesarias para el Cargo

Formación: Superior Completo en Medicina, Microbiología, Enfermería, Biomedicina, Farmacia, Biología, Biotecnología y afines.

Experiência:
- Sólida experiência (>4 años) en el área de la salud y/o industria farmacéutica.- Deseable conocimiento en la industria farmacéutica.

Conocimientos Técnicos

Habilidades- Excelencia en atención al cliente (verbal y escrita)- Comunicación técnica-científica eficaz- Capaz de colaborar y trabajar en equipo- Capacidad de tomar decisiones/autonomía- Excelente habilidad de comunicación interpersonal- Liderazgo sin autoridad- Orientación al paciente- Habilidad de negociación
