**Cómo será tu día**

Serás responsable de ladisponibilidad y buen estado de todas las herramientas y equipos del ServiceCenter Lurínn utilizadas para los mantenimientos de turbinas en Perú y algunosservicios fuera del país.

**Cuáles son tus responsabilidades**:

- Responsable de elaborar un pronósticode utilización y de estado de los kits de herramientas (partial, in job,available not complete, available complete) considerando las distintas paradasde mantenimiento. Dicho pronóstico debe estar debidamente actualizado.
- Responsablede definir los criterios asociados a identificar los estados mencionadosarriba. Así también, mantener dicha información actualizada en el sistema TCTP(Tool Control and Tracking Platform) de Siemens Energy.
- Comunicarla disponibilidad de kits y sus distintos estados al Warehouse Project Engineer(WPE) semanalmente o según sea requerido.
- Desarrollarun Plan de inventario en base al pronóstico referido arriba. Dicho plan debeconsiderar la secuencia de actividades, definición de responsabilidades conmiras a optimizar estos tiempos en un proceso de mejora continua. Liderar latoma de inventario de los kits de herramientas coordinando con losherramentistas y subcontratistas asegurando que dichos kits estén siempredisponibles para las paradas.
- Paraefectos de gestión y auditoría elaborar un informe trimestral o cuando searequerido con la lista de activos fijos y en caso se necesite actualizar lainformación en SAP emitir el formato requerido (dados de baja, creación denuevos ítems).
- Responsablede elaborar un pronóstico de demanda de consumibles y gestionar la reposiciónde los mismos en los distintos kits a fin de minimizar su indisponibilidad.Dicho pronóstico debe estar debidamente actualizado. Así también, debegestionar el reúso de los consumibles removidos después de cada inspección.
- Definiry ejecutar una política de stock de seguridad y certificación para cada tipo deherramienta durable (elementos de izaje, equipos hidráulicos, neumáticos y deprecisión). El plan de ejecución deberá ser actualizado en forma trimestral.Así también, en el marco de dicha política, deberá desarrollar un análisisestadístico con miras a optimizar dicho stock.
- Responsablede la gestión del presupuesto del almacén (Cost of supplies, Cost of purchasedsupplied services, SRE, Capital costs, taxes & insurance, cost ofcertification, operating expenses, depreciación, contratistas). Liderar laoptimización de costos del almacén asociados a durables, consumibles,inventarios, subcontratistas. Al mismo tiempo que busque la disponibilidad dekits requeridos para las diferentes paradas.
- Responsablede la solicitud de compra de herramientas y consumibles de acuerdo al pronósticoy planes establecidos arriba. Dichas solicitudes deben ser registradas en elreporte “Status of Shipment” requeridos por el área logística de GS.
- Coordinarcon el área logística de GS la auditoría y evaluación de proveedores de:herramientas durables, consumibles, certificaciones.
- Responsablede supervisar la recepción física de materiales en el almacén y asegurar que secumplan los plazos establecidos para la Entrada de Mercancía (EM) en SAP elcual es liderado por el herramentista. Así también, debe supervisar que dichosmateriales se etiqueten y ubiquen en el anaquel o kit correspondiente.
- Velarpor el cumplimiento de los protocolos requeridos dentro del área de operacionesdel centro de servicios, tales como los asociados a seguridad, medio ambiente,higiene, transporte y manipulación, entre otros.
- Coordinaractivamente con el área logística de GS, Warehouse Project Engineer, TSM(Technical Service Manager), Project Managers, Ingenieros de campo,Herramentistas, Subcontratistas en el marco de estas funciones indicadas paraesta función.
- Seguimientodel registro y actualización de los KPIs en tableau del Service Center Lurín demanera mensual/trimestral o cuando se requiera.
- Seguimientodel registro y actualización de las medidas Puma Web del Service Center Lurín,relacionados al almacén.
- Identificar y comunicar oportunidadesde mejoras/modificaciones de herramientas en Perú, Participar en los GlobalTooling Development meetings, y coordinar la posible implementación con elequipo técnico de Field Service.

**Cuáles son los requisitos para el cargo**
- Profesional titulado en las carreras de Ingeniería Mecatrónica y/o carrerasafines
- Nível de inglés técnico **avanzado** (indispensable)
- Experiência especifica (relevante segúnfunciones indicadas) de al menos cinco años en gestión de almacenes deherramientas (deseable). Se valorará experiência de trabajo con equiposmultidisciplinarios.
- Conocimiento técnico y/o de gestión de equipos de izaje,neumáticos, hidráulicos, eléctricos y de precisión. Conceptos básicos decalidad, seguridad y medio ambiente, Normas ISO, OSHAS (Deseable).
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera híbrid
