**We will count on you for**:
- Manages insurance program renewals.
- Processes policy endorsements.
- Coordinates risk inspections
- Administers client portfolio.
- Handles service requests related to insurance.
- Collaborates with internal colleagues in claims, operations, among others.
**What do you need to have?**
- Engineer or Business Administration Bachelor´s degree or similar careers.
- 3 years of experience in broker or insurances companies in customer relationship/customer service.
- English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Expertise in Property Insurances
