Description
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive growth in retail pharmacy channels.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.
- Create and maintain a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Drive customer engagement and loyalty through the development of personalized and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Optimize the customer experience across all touchpoints, including online and in-store interactions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive business results.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 10-12 years of related experience in the Pharm/OTC industry, with additional FMCG experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the retail pharmacy industries.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Experience with data analysis and the ability to use insights to drive decision-making.
