You will be part of this growth as **Senior Brand Manager Inca Kola - LA OU **leading the creation of marketing strategies for the biggest commercial beverage in Peru: Inca Kola. This position will give the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership, ability to develop branding and positioning expertise for a Peruvian icon. You will be responsible to expand sparkling beverages per caps in Peru at the time that maintain Inca Kolas iconic status.

**Location**: This Role is based in Peru and Relocation is not provided.

**What You’ll Do for Us**
- Leads the maintenance of the new brand vision and architecture.
- Leads development of annual and multi-year brand growth strategies and business plans by detecting Brand and business opportunities through value added analysis from situation assessment, market, trends, consumer behavior & motivations, brand & category performance. To later align with Front Line the annual goals and budget.
- Partners with internal (e.g. R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, Zones) and external (e.g. customers, bottlers, suppliers) stakeholders to develop new marketing programs to meet consumer needs, deliver against brand strategies and drive System value/business objectives
- Drives commercialization of brand positioning, innovation, consumer communications/messaging and shopper marketing to deliver brand objectives via clear direction/guidance and effective resource allocation decisions.
- Develop and communicate written briefs for use by agencies or suppliers (e.g., creative, advertising, packaging, product development, media, consumer promotions, merchandising, licensed or specialty merchandise, etc.) to direct their work activities to generate concepts for effective execution.
- Support the Front-Line team in Peru by communicating the national strategy to bottlers, brief and follow up promotional initiatives and brand experience, develop and customize of marketing materials to the different regional realities and lead the internal approval requirements for different marketing materials
- Impact**/**Influence on Short
- and Long-Term results of +50% of the sparkling business in the #1 market in of the Center Zone of LATAM, interacting with high level & mid level managers in Coca Cola and Bottler, cross functional areas, multiple agency partners creative, media, digital, etc.

**Qualification**s** **& Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or related field required;
- 7+ years of experience in a brand management role with the ability to steward brand initiatives designed to deliver business and brand objectives through the path to purchase (consumer content to in-store execution).
- Peruvian consumer understanding: experience analyzing the Peruvian consumer, it cultural context, competitive context & trends to translate into relevant insights for the brands/business strategy & Plans
- Brand management: knowledge of core marketing concepts (i.e. Brand positioning, Brand Architecture, swot anyalysis, etc) to build brand equity & develop marketing plans.
- Marketing operations: knowledge of basic operating concepts (i.e. channels, OBPPC, RGM, trade/consumer promotions, etc).
- Agile Methodology way of working to set priorities and solve relatively complex problems to advance on the implementation of plans.
- Creative development & evaluation: ability to develop business/creative briefs and assess creative concepts and executions based on the alignment to the brand communication strategy & consumer relevance.
- Innovation Pipeline Definition
- Financial understanding to ensure profitable leadership. P&L understanding. Ability to build solid business cases.
- Passionate team player. A “Shaper” of ideas, strategies and communication, solution problems platforms
- Influence to be able to have an active role in the decisions of the "agenda" of the country.
- Leadership to lead a Squad formed by different professionals from different backgrounds.
- High level of Collaboration to play an active role with their team peers.
- Languages: English and Spanish are required.
