Opening Sentence:
The Sales Manager the person with the responsibility to lead at the commercial team to pursue the goals in revenue and margin terms throughout the strategic definitions to develop market and manage relationship with our partner and costumers.
Role Responsibilities:
- Define a strategies and actions plans to gain share of market in the region assigned.
- Lead and manage the sales team to execute strategies and drive the team to achieve the sales and profitability goals set by the company.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with dealers, distributors and costumers.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis (through business reviews), to meet account performance objectives.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate sales team members to develop commercial skills.
- Maintain collaboration with other internal resources to meet customers’ expectation as required.
- Understand business and financial impact and anticipate customers’ and industrial trends to achieve more accurate forecast and make corrective actions to address gaps and grow and maintain healthy pipeline.
- Keep up to date on product and industry technology and trends.
- Instill sales operations discipline in sales team members and holds regular reviews with each team member.
- Develop action plans for immediate, medium
- and long-term growth with customers and meet financial targets and critical milestones.
- Initiates, directs, and participates in sales presentations that address the clients’ needs, and leads to sales.
- Be the best promoter of our culture, values and principles and to take care of our good name.

Minimum Qualifications: _(_
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years of related experience, preferably in industrial sales, with direct account responsibility.
- At least 5 years of sales team leadership experience required.
- Market knowledge and experience in heavy duty markets preferred in spare parts business.
- Good negotiation, team builder and follow up skills.
- Consistent achievement of sales goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or another sales certification would be appreciated
- Proficient in both written and spoken business English
- Able to travel up to 50% regionally and locally.
