**Reports to**: Commercial Director -Andean
**Job Overview**: Develop profitable and sustained long term business growth, adding value to the company, customers and collaborators, by contributing to and executing sales strategies within company’s portfolio.
**Job Dimensions**:
- Main geographical scope: Peru & Colombia
- Direct Reports: Account Executives Peru (3) Account Executives Colombia (2), Sales Agents (1), Advisor Graphic Leader (1).
- Travel requirement: 20% - 30%
**Principal Accountabilities**:
**Strategic**
- Establish sales strategies for Peru & Colombia that allow increasing participation and making customers profitable (price and cost); defining target segments and the necessary capabilities to win in the market.
- Consolidate the sales methodology of "Sales Force Effectiveness" ensuring (i) high performance sales team coaching and (ii) SFDC pipeline management review cadence.
- Search and consolidate new business alternatives (global platforms and sustainability) with existing costumers (Sell more: increase in participation).
- Analyze sales portfolio in order to define the actions necessary to maximize business profitability (Sell Better).
- Lead the improvement plan for the customer satisfaction index (VOC).
**Development**
- Develop account executives in sales techniques focused on capturing customer needs and developing value proposals that differentiate us in the market to increase participation and make sales profitable.
- Advises, supervises and audits activities of the sales team.
- Define the development activities of your team and coordinate their execution: development assessments, career plans, performance corrections, recognition and training.
**Forecasting & Cadence**
- Prepare and review the annual budget and monthly projection of Andean sales
- Follow up on the commercial proposals and closing of Andean Sales executed by the account executives of Peru & Colombia.
- Visit strategic customers together with account executives to close agreements and ensure customers compliance.
- Coordinate and align with Commercial Finance the pricing strategy.
**Administrative**
- Comply and promote the Amcor Safety Leadership principles.
- Promote compliance with the Internal Work Regulations, the Internal Regulations for Safety, Health at Work and Amcor's Safety standards.
- Promote compliance the current BRCGS Packaging standard, BPM and HARA
**Major challenges & complexities**:

**Relationships**:
- Internal
- All functions of AF-Lima and AF-Cali
- Internal areas: support management, follow-up on commitments, sharing information, communicating customer expectations and requirements, entering orders, managing developments, managing complaints and special services to customers.
- External
- Cutomers, Institutions, Auditors; among others.
- Purchasing managers and Presidents of companies: development and maintenance of business relationships.
- Customer Marketing Managers: share strategies and market information, and develop businesses together
- Purchasing Managers and support staff: project demand, manage orders, resolve problems and concerns, define supply schemes, manage new product development.
- Technical and production staff of the client: manage the validation of developments, address concerns and problems, advise the client on the use of Amcor products and services.
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- 5 years of experience leading teams as Sales Manager in transnational, B2B or massive consume companies.
**Education**
- Undergraduate with advanced degree highly desirable; MBA preferred
- English and Spanish fluent speaker
