**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify and create new business opportunities in the public and private market.
- Formulate alternatives and recommendations that generate growth in sales of the assigned accounts.
- Provide timely attention and advice to the client.
- Build excellent business relationships with Stakeholders, Physicians or anyone who directly or indirectly influences the negotiation process.
- Generate demand and meet sales quotas.
- Systematically analyzing and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends.
- Ensures Sales targets per account are set and achieved. Responsible for bottom up Account planning with selected accounts.
- Positions new concepts and promotional plans per customer in agreement with Marketing Managers and Sales Manager, ensuring an added-value relationship with the account.
- Ensure the inclusion and sale of the Bayer product in public and private intuitions, complying with the compliance and budget objectives.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- University degree. Preferably (Biomedical engineering, Business Administration, Economist, Marketing, Communication Sciences, or health-related fields)
- 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or health field. Sales experience is a plus.
- Intermediate English speaker.
- Ability to manage problem solving.
- Result-oriented with focus on relationships.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Excellence command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Desirable experience in sales and negotiation of medical products and /or devices.
- Knowledge of the Peruvian National Healthcare System and network with Decision makers, Key Opinion Leaders and Payers.
- Knowledge and relationship in the Peruvian National Healthcare Systems (Ministry of Health, Social Security (EsSalud), Army and Police Forces, insurance and private clinics, and others).
- Desirable sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Able to identify and develop his/her network (internal/external).
