Generar espacios de comunicación e instancias para reunirse con los equipos. Conocer todas las integraciones que tienen los sistemas comercializados por PlanOK. Hacer seguimiento a la implementación del cliente asignado. Definir y ejecutar plan de trabajo relacionado a implementaciones y capacitaciones. Controlar carta Gantt de implementaciones y re-implementaciones de clientes. Registrar errores de los sitios (bugs) en los sistemas definidos por PlanOK. Participar en el proceso de desarrollo cuando sea requerido por el área de Producto. Generar material para capacitaciones (Contenido para plataforma de capacitación, videos y manuales de uso, etc.) Administrar y mantener actualizada la información del cliente en el CRM (nível de satisfacción, procedimientos, flujos de trabajo, organigrama, registro de actividades y capacitaciones con el cliente, entre otras)

**Requisitos**:
Profesionales de la carrera de Ing. De Sistemas, Ing. de Software, Administración o afines. (Deseable) 02 años de experiência trabajando en áreas de implementación de software, postventa o servicio al cliente. Experiência capacitando en plataformas tecnológicas, productos de tecnología, ERP, CRM o similares. Manejo de Excel Intermedio (Indispensable) Manejo de CRM Hubspot, Jira, Confluence (Deseable)
