**Techincal Specialist**

Hoy nuestra Gerencia Automotive, se encuentra en la búsqueda de su próximo/a Technical Specialist quien tendrá la misión de llevar los procesos de recall, mejora de calidad de producto, determinación de garantías técnicas de la marca y soporte técnico a la red de modo de asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad de cada marca, la retención y satisfacción de nuestros clientes, así como también el posicionamiento e incremento de valor de la marca en el mercado, velando siempre por la seguridad de los clientes.

**Dentro de las principales funciones a realizar se encuentran**:

- Realizar la creación y activación de nuevas campañas RECALL dentro del plazo y políticas corporativas, a fin de facilitar la ejecución de las campañas que correspondan.
- Supervisar la existencia de stock de repuestos de cada campaña recall, con un mínimo de seguridad, que permita asegurar la ejecución de las campañas.
- Determinar si un problema repetitivo de producto es un problema de calidad y encaminarlo con la fábrica correspondiente.
- Apoyar a los Analistas de Garantías en la determinación de problemas técnicos complejos.
- Desarrollar paquetes de mantenimiento para cada modelo de la marca, a fin de brindar el mantenimiento esperado por el cliente y fabricante.
- Actualizarlo según requerimientos de las áreas comerciales.
- Desarrollar capacitaciones para fuerza de ventas y personal de entregas, enfocadas en lanzamientos de nuevos productos o en nuevas tecnologías.
- Desarrollar capacitaciones especializadas en su marca para la red de concesionarios.
- Desarrollar los silabus de entrenamiento en conjunto con el Coordinador de Entrenamiento.
- Mantener la relación en lo referente a Asistencia Técnica entre Derco y las fábricas de las marcas que representa.

Haremos **Match** si cumples con los siguientes **Requisitos**:

- Formación Técnica o Universitaria concluida en Mecánica Automotriz, Ingeniería Automotriz, Ingenería Mecánica, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras similares.
- Experiência de 1 a 3 años en roles similares como experto o especialista técnico en el rubro automotriz, con sólidos conocimientos en marcas chicas (de preferencia).
- Dominio de Office (Excel) - Nível Intermedio.
- Dominio de Inglés - Nível Intermedio o en formación continua.
