**The Role**:
WORK HOURS: Overnight work hours will be required while on call.
The position requires the person to be part of an On-Call rotation. Weekend and holiday work are expected to happen.
System Administrator with a strong desire to excel, who takes pride in and is passionate about what they do.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will work the day shift and need to work off hours for maintenance etc. when needed.
- You will research, recommending and implementing automation for various system administration tasks.
- You will provide Tier II/other support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues, coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
- You will perform administration and maintenance of Microsoft AD Servers, Office 365, IIS Server, FTP Server, Web Apps, alerting and monitoring system, VM Environments and other Microsoft Windows based Services.
- You will perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
- You will engineer Admin-related solutions for various project and operational needs.
- You will perform on-going performance tuning and resource optimization as required.
- You will contribute, develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures, system standards, security standards and PCI related operational standards.
- You will perform periodic reporting and support capacity planning.
- Hands on experience of using PowerShell to automate administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills on English and Spanish.
- Experience with troubleshooting issues in the Cloud (Primarily Azure)
- Virtual Hyper-visors (Both Hyper-V and VMware)
- DNS/GPO/AD/VPN/RDS/FTP/IIS/PowerShell
- Experience handling Office365
- Working knowledge of Servers (2003, 2008, 2008R2, 2012, 2012R2, 2016)
- Networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, iSCSI, FC, DELL, Cisco, HP, ILO)
- Storage (SAN/NAS/DAS) Synology, DELL, HP
- Microsoft Windows (7, 8, 10), Microsoft Office (2010, 2013, 2016)
- Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Server
- System patching/Mobile Device Management (Microsoft Intune, WSUS, SCCM)
- Atlassian Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence
- Various Anti-Virus software (Symantec, Cylance, AVG)
- Solarwinds
- Backups/Disaster Recovery (Symantec Netbackup, Backup Exec, Microsoft DPM, Veeam, Nakivo, Acronis, Asigra)
- Telco (PBX and VOIP)
- Remote systems management (Barracuda)
- Windows Application Firewalls
- Ticket management (Manage Engine, Jira, Zendesk, BMS)
