**Recruiter/Vendor Manager**
We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter/Vendor Manager for our Interpretations Department team to cover target recruitment needs and coordination of our vendors' activities.
**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
- Recruit top talent for Call Centre Interpreter positions and achieve the team's hiring goals:
Create job descriptions and postings
Interviews coordination
- Participation in newcomers onboarding process
- Ensure positive applicant experience through the hiring process
- Reporting
- Perform other special projects or duties when required
**Essential Skills**:
Associate/Bachelors degree or equivalent
English language proficiency
Proficient computer skills: MSOffice
**Desired Skills and Experience**:
Experience in recruitment or vendor management within the Translation&Localization industry is a plus
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Proactive and positive attitude
**Other Requirements**:
Working Internet Connection that meets internal speed requirement
A quiet work space free of distractions
PC/Laptop & headset
**Terms**:

Working hours can start at 10 or 11 am EST.
