Buscamos incorporar, para nuestra subsidiaria de Perú, un/a
**Administrative Assistant and Secretary**.
**Responsabilidades**:

- Generación de reportes para la Gerencia.
- Control comercial de ventas.
- Recepción y atención de visitantes (internos y externos)
- Gestión de los trámites y documentos administrativos.
- Registro y entrega de correspondencia recibida.
- Control y manejo de Economato de la oficina.
- Cotizaciones y control de equipos, reparaciones o mantenimientos necesarios para el funcionamiento de la oficina.
- Otras funciones que le sean asignadas de acuerdo con las necesidades de la empresa.

**Requisitos**:
- Perfil egresada/o de alguna carrera profesional o técnica, administrativa o afín.
- Perfil Proactivo, orientado a soluciones y atención.
- Deseable experiência mínima de 1 año en puestos de asistencia, gestión de clientes y/o trabajos de apoyo administrativo.
- Deseables conocimientos de inglés.
