Somos una empresa líder en soluciones de tecnología satelital, gestión de flotas de transporte y software de última milla. Contamos con una división de Soluciones Smart, plataforma y software de última milla, enfocada en ser socios estratégicos de empresas con operación de distribución, operadores logísticos, e-commerce y de compañías que estén buscando mejorar su performance y experiência con clientes y usuarios finales.
Estamos en búsqueda de un Sales Development Representative (SDR) que cumpla con los siguientes requisitos:
Formación profesional
- Egresado de carreras con perfil de negocios, orientado a la venta de soluciones y tecnología al mercado B2B: Ingeniería industrial o comercial, de sistemas, informática o de software, marketing, administración de empresas u otras carreras relacionadas.
Experiência profesional
- Dos años en posiciones comerciales como Sales Development Representative (SDR), Consultor comercial, Ingeniero de ventas o afines, en venta de soluciones de software de última milla, soluciones SaaS, plataformas o software B2B o soluciones corporativas.
Competencias:
- Orientado a resultados.
- Alta capacidad de aprendizaje de soluciones tecnológicas y curva de experiência cortas.
- Conocimientos y experiência aplicando modelos de venta con enfoque “hunter” para la generación de nuevas oportunidades y clientes
- Se valorará cuente con un enfoque de ventas consultivo, con capacidad de identificar los problemas y necesidades de negocio de potenciales clientes, alineadas a las capacidades del portafolio de soluciones de la unidad.
- Debe contar con experiência comprobable de resultados: alcance de objetivos y cumplimiento de KPIs de ventas B2B.
- Experiência y conocimiento en la gestión de todo el proceso de ventas B2B, desde la prospección y onboarding hasta la negociación y cierre.
- Conocimiento y manejo de herramientas de ventas B2B: Forecast, pipeline, plataformas CRM.
- De preferencia con conocimiento, experiência y contactos en los sectores de operadores logísticos, empresas con operaciones de distribución, retail, e-commerce.
