Our client, representative in Peru of a multi-regulated Broker at an international level, by PSCE in Latin America and CYSEC in Europe, has entrusted us with the search for one (1) Account Executive.

**Funciones**:

- Spends significant time abroad at each country that the Company has presence at
- Supports the implementation of the market penetration and expansion strategy, of each existing and future country of operation
- Has an excellent knowledge of the Company’s products, services and promotion actions, and how these compare to competitors’ offerings. Effectively promotes them to clients and IBs
- Understands the culture of each market and the respective clients’ and IBs’ needs. Identifies and suggests relevant services and promotional activities
- Identifies, evaluates and suggests new business development opportunities and actions in existing and potential countries of operation
- Identifies Business Associates and IB’s in each specific country. Establishes and maintains excellent relationship with them. Continuously monitors, coaches and trains them to represent and promote the Company in the best possible way
- Holds frequent meetings with clients as necessary. Promotes and maintains excellent business relationships
- Recruits, supervises, coaches and develops the local Business Development team
- Maintains excellent relationships with each local staff at all countries of operation
- Receives and evaluates requests and inquiries from clients, IB’s and Business Associates and cooperates with the relevant departments to immediately address them
- Produces relevant analysis and reports in each country
- Has a very well knowledge of the relevant legal and compliance guidelines (including Anti-Money Laundering) and ensures that these are properly followed.
- Always acts for the best interest of the Company and cooperates with team members to deliver a high quality of service
- Offers services related to the above tasks and projects to any of the Companies of the Group as instructed by the Line Manager.

**Requisitos Indispensables**:
**REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES**:

- Bachelor's degree related to administrative or business university careers
- Experience in B2B or B2C prospecting new clients in the financial or insurance sector, in general.
- B2B, experience in Customer Service Platform and product sales (cards, insurance, loans, etc.).
- B2C, Corporate Banking Executives, experience prospecting new clients, closing products, technological projects, ATMs, wallets, apps, financial sector insurance, among others.
- Availability to travel abroad (meeting with clients)
- Languages: Advanced English

**Beneficios**:

- Remuneration: S/. 7,000.00 soles.
- Entry to the general payroll with all benefits according to Law.

- Miraflores District
- Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Hybrid work (in-person return progressively).
