You lead new business opportunities in right store opportunities in white space retail environments. You use your deep understanding of our categories and brands to sell to new customers and to expand current customers’ portfolios. In this role, you develop promotional pricing structures to fit with customer needs.

**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Responsible for developing and successfully implementing the commercial plan strengthen and expand Mondelēz International’s position with and assigned customer by preparing, negotiating and executing the business plans
- Responsible for the coordination between the customer and Mondelēz International internal functions
- Accountable for maintaining and developing strategic growth plans for customers with a focus on portfolio management, listings, distribution and effective promotion and visibility
- Build and develop strong category partnerships
- Manage pricing within the Gross to Net Framework, Assortment management, Forecast accuracy in conjunction with supply chain function
- Together with cross functional colleagues evaluate, plan & execute appropriate promotional and in store visibility
- Monitor, analyze and report on market developments and competitor developments

**Más sobre el role**:
El rol de la Key Account Executive es llevar a cabo la correcta ejecución de las acciones de ventas de los clientes especiales del canal moderno en conjunto al equipo de distribución y de Trade Marketing.

Su rol será ser una pieza clave para la ejecución de las estrategias de ventas, negociaciones, relaciones con clientes y equipo entendiendo las necesidades de cada uno.

**_Responsabilidades: _**
- Supervisor de la ejecución en el punto de venta
- Dirigir y gestionar la implementación de la estrategia comercial de la marca en todos los clientes de cuentas clave en el área de ventas.
- Desarrollar estrategias a corto y mediano plazo para alcanzar los objetivos del área.
- Analizar las ventas y revisar los puntos de ventas de la zona.
- Desarrollar informes y presentaciones sobre el desempeño del área y oportunidades donde pueden desarrollar nuevas estrategias comerciales.

**_Requisitos: _**
- Mínimo 1-3 años de experiência en ventas en consumo masivo en posiciones similares de preferencia en el Canal Moderno
- Contar con movilización propia.
- Inglés Intermedio
- Uso del paquete de Microsoft Office
- Excel Avanzado
- Power Bi: Intermedio
- Power Point: Avanzado.
- Conocimiento en supervisión y ejecución de KPIs (ejecución perfecta: Share, share of shelf, distribución)

Título universitario preferiblemente en administración de empresas, ingeniería industrial, o afines a estas
