**Funciones**
- Responsable de diseñar y ejecutar, entre otras, las campañas a través de la plataforma de Marketing Automation, se programarán las campañas pagas de publicidad en plataformas de redes sociales, como en Google Ads (SEM) y formará parte de su actividad diaria la gestión de posicionamiento orgánico (SEO) de la web.
- Responsable de la optimización de los procesos de adquisición de Leads mediante el uso de los activos digitales (orgánicos y de pauta).
- Responsable de la estrategia de Generación de leads a nível pauta y orgánico (plataforma de Marketing Automation - Planificación y Ejecución de mensajes automatizados), asegurando el correcto balance en costos (por lead y/ registro de formularios).
- Medir el rendimiento y análisis de datos de la estrategia, canales de marketing y campañas.

**Conocimientos y Requisitos**
- Profesional tecnico o universitario de las carreras de Administración, Marketing, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Negocios, Ingeniería Comercial, Publicidad o afines.
- Conocimiento de estrategias de marketing digital: Ecosistema digital, Publicidad digital, Segmentación y Social Media.
- Conocimientos en la gestión y creación de campañas en Google Adwords (search, Display, yYoutube, App campaign) y Facebook Ads.
- Conocimiento y manejo de KPI's de gestión, elaboración de métricas de performance de los canales adquisición y presentación de resultados.
- Manejo de plataformas de Marketing Automation.
- Manejo de Microsoft Office Excel (Tablas dinámicas, formulas simples).

- **Modalidad**: Híbrida (Los 3 primeros meses del contrato son presenciales).
- **Horario de trabajo**: Lunes a Viernes de 8:30 am a 5:30 pm
- **Lugar**:San Isidro
