**Regional Omnicontact Analytics Specialist Americas**

Hoy nuestra Gerencia de **Omnicontact **se encuentra en la búsqueda de nuestro próximo/a **Regional Omnicontact Analytics Specialist Americas**, quien será responsable de la analítica para la gestión del Omnicontact. Generar insights y oportunidades de mejora, en base a los datos que genera la operación (performance, revenue, efectividades).

**Dentro de las principales funciones a realizar se encuentran**:

- Generar los resultados de cierre de mes sobre los principales KPIs de la operación.
- Realizar dashboard de seguimiento para visualizar principales KPIs.
- Soporte de reportería a los mercados sobre medición de efectividad de la operación y resultados de campañas.
- Simplificar y automatizar reportería para los mercados y la operación.
- Brindar insights sobre resultados del performance de la operación.
- Evaluar cada proyecto entregado para medir efectividad, resultados y proponer mejoras.

Haremos **Match **si cumples con los siguientes **Requisitos**:

- Formación universitaria concluida en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Sistemas o carreras afines.
- Experiência de 2 a 3 años realizando funciones similares a la generación de Business Analytics.
- Manejo de Office, Power BI, SQL, Phyton, Jason a nível Avanzado.
- Experiência en Gestión de Contact Center, Ventas, Atención al cliente (Deseable).
