Reporta a: Head CoC O2C
**Position Snapshot**:
Gestionar pedidos de clientes para asegurar la correcta atención de órdenes y reducción de tiempos y mejora de formas de trabajo en el proceso O2C.
**A day in the life of...**:
**Demand Capture**:
- Limpiar y supervisar la data maestra entre clientes y Nestlé, para asegurar la correcta recepción de pedidos: Data de clientes, materiales, precios, etc.
**Operaciones**:
- Coordinar con transporte y hacer seguimiento del producto, hasta la entrega al cliente.
- Monitorear proceso de entrega de clientes, para mitigar riesgos de no entrega de pedidos.
- Control y monitoreo proactivo de observación y reclamos financieros de clientes.
- Validar confirmaciones de stock en pedidos y monitorear correcto abastecimiento según fechas de pedidos.
**Billing**:
- Colaborar con el equipo de Billing, para asegurar la correcta emisión de documentos.
**Abastecimiento**:
- Asegurar que el producto se encuentre en las cantidades correctas para el manejo de inventario de la cadena, con el fin de evitar altos o bajos días de stock que puedan llevar al quiebre de góndola, o al sobreabastecimiento del cliente que pueda llevar a devolución de mercadería.
- Alertar al cliente de riesgos de abastecimiento por falta de producto, buscando anticipar el abastecimiento o gestionar acciones conjuntas que minimicen el impacto del quiebre en la góndola.

- Recién egresados universitarios de las carreras de Administración, Ingeniería industrial o afines.
- Experiência deseable en el área logística o comercial.
- Disponibilidad para hacer practicas profesionales 1 año (contar con carta de presentación de la universidad).
- Excel a nível intermedio/avanzado (indispensable mínimo el manejo de tablas dinámicas).
- Ingles a nível intermedio
