**Job Description**:
Position Purpose
- Execute the business plan proposed by the Sales Manager to reach the revenue target for the organization in assigned markets.
- Maintain & Develop relationships with exports customers to drive business growth in markets.
- Account penetration to increase sales’ opportunities in current customers. Develop new opportunities in Exports Market: new sectors / products.

Major/Key Accountabilities

Planning
- Develop business plans and sales strategies for the markets that ensures attainment of company’s goals in revenue and profitability.
- Maintains a qualified base of prospects to nurture the sales funnel.
- Looks for business opportunities/solutions, visits clients and prospects to develop sales opportunities in assigned markets.
- Determine sales forecast for exports clients according to customer's business.

Selling and Negotiation
- Negotiate agreements and price conditions with customers on a timely basis to achieve targets.

Execution
- Deep understanding of markets’ dynamic, clients’ operations and prospects.
- Through consultative selling techniques elaborate custom made solutions for every customer.
- Design and launch marketing campaigns aimed at developing customer base in emerging markets.
- Train client staff in new processes and CHEP’s model.
- Keep an updated clients’ database and record activities in a timely manner in Salesforce CRM.

Relationship building
- Ability to establish strong and deep relationship with exports clients to renew agreements. Develops rapport with multilevel stakeholders within customers.
- Grow relationships with prospects clients to generate new sales.

EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years working in sales on multinational/national companies.
- Deep knowledge of export processes and international markets.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics of Perú and Ecuador (players, products, fees, receivers, seasons, etc.).
- Agricultural Market Knowledge (Peru and Ecuador).
- Experienced in Sales, Mktg & Retail.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Solid customer/ commercial negotiations.
- Continuous improvement & prospecting knowledge.
- Export industry network in Perú and desirable in Ecuador.
- Available to travel to field, rural zones within Peru and to Ecuador Ecuador.
