**¿En este rol podrás?**
- Explorarás, investigarás, propondrás, diseñarás y fomentarás soluciones transversales que mejoren las capacidades del negocio y de tecnología del banco, buscando su alineamiento con la estrategia de negocio, minimizando costos y creando soluciones de alta calidad que permitan al banco tener una respuesta rápida a los cambios que genera la innovación y el mercado.
- Realizarás la exploración e investigación de soluciones tecnológicas que el Banco podría adoptar, a fin de contribuir a la optimización de los procesos actuales o con visión de futuro
- Evaluarás soluciones tecnológicas, como parte del proceso de concurso para la adquisición de las mismas.
- Brindarás asesoría funcional y técnica experta a las áreas de tecnología y de negocio.Generarás cambios que sumen a la mejora del equipo y los procesos con los que se trabajan.

**¿Qué necesitamos de ti?**
- Bachiller de Ingeniería de sistemas, Ingeniería de software, Computación o carreras afines.
- 5 a más años de experiência gestionando proyectos de tecnología con equipos multifuncionales
- 5 o más años de experiência en Tecnología, en desarrollo de aplicaciones o como arquitecto de solución/enterprise
- Conocimiento en entornos Cloud y On Premise.
- Certificación y conocimiento de modelos TOGAF y BIAN
- Experiência trabajando business case y presentaciones a todo nível
- Capacidad de gestionas proyectos e iniciativas
- Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles y Lean.Resiliencia para probar y aprender rápidamente, siempre teniendo como norte la visión cliente y los objetivos del negocio.
