You will improve value and service to your customers and improve supply chain efficiency. In addition, you will use internal and customer data to optimize plans and to support joint initiatives with strategic customers.

**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Be the single point of contact for your customer portfolio
- Manage escalations for complaints and disputes, and handle and resolve issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Help achieve business and commercial objectives by achieving customer service targets, supporting the improvement agenda (internal process and external customer) and developing collaborative relationships cross-functionally and with customers
- Work with the order fulfilment team to report on KPIs, including root-cause analysis and improvement initiatives
- Use customer data to monitor on-shelf availability, depot-to-store service, stock holding and promotional sales. Use this information to drive decision making internally and with the customer in ways that maximize service levels and sales

**Qué necesitas saber de la posición**:
Responsable de la gestión de la agenda colaborativa con nuestros principales clientes de Canal Moderno de Perú generando sinergias en el E2E de nuestras cadenas de suministro y mejorando nuestra calidad de servicio.

**Funciones**:

- Liderar reuniones cíclicas de colaboración con los clientes para la revisión de indicadores, encontrar oportunidades de mejora y afianzar nuestro partnership cliente-proveedor.
- Construir una relación poderosa con nuestros clientes maximizando la data para facilitar información que sea compartida y la mejora continua.
- Trabajar multifuncionalmente para poder proveer insights importantes para soportar la estrategia de Mondelez y KPIs (Asertividad de la demanda, níveles de inventarios, In-Stock, Case fill rate, on-time, rechazos y devoluciones, costos logísticos, etc.)
- Colaborar con nuestro equipo de CS&L (Manejo de la orden, Créditos y cobranzas, Logística) y muchas otras funciones para asegurar un excelente cumplimiento de la orden.
- Analizar herramientas de proyección que permitan manejo de alertas de abastecimiento en clientes en el mediano y largo plazo.
- Gestionar la planeación de la demanda en clientes top para que sea incluida en nuestros procesos cíclicos de demanda total país.
- Liderar todas las conversaciones sobre demanda estratégica y proveer una comunicación proactiva a nuestros pares multifuncionales acerca de temas de abastecimiento y retos en la demanda.
- Coordinar proyectos de eficiencias logísticas dentro del E2E de toda la cadena de suministro manteniendo un seguimiento oportuno de todas las áreas de CS&L y clientes.
- Colaborar en proyectos de digitalización de herramientas del área.
- Asegurar un alto nível de calidad de servicio y actuar como la Voz del Cliente dentro de Mondelez.
- Gestionar los acuerdos logísticos de los clientes y analizar ajustes que se requieran respecto a tasas logísticas o devoluciones.

**Educación / Certificaciones**:

- Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Administración o afines.

**Requisitos específicos del rol**:

- Experiência de mínimo 3 años en Customer Service, Planeamiento y áreas logísticas.
- Excel avanzado.
- Power BI Intermedio
- Nível de inglés intermedio.
