**The Team You'll Impact**:
Our Technical Account Managers serve as technical leads for new or current SaaS and On-Premise customer projects, implementations, testing, go-live, and are involved throughout the customer life cycle. In this role, you will coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, in budget, and with the highest level of quality and satisfaction for our customers. At points, you might also act as an escalation point for accounts under your project/assignment scope.
**The Work You'll Do**:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact (POC) for customers that you partner with
- Assist with customer issues including installation, configuration, maintenance, and identify and implement improvements to processes, documents, tools, and reports to benefit and enhance the customer process
- Coordinate code deployment processing that involves Sovos cross-functional teams (QA, Development, Support, Sales, and IT) and Sovos customers (applies to monthly planned and ad hoc code deployments and involved ensuring the supporting code deployment release documentations meets and exceeds customer expectation)
- Drive technical projects from inception to Go-live
- Ensure adoption and successful delivery for customers on all applicable products and services provided by Sovos
- Perform annual account review meetings, on-site visits with assigned accounts, and coordinate account health review meetings
- Run regular case reviews per customer account
**What We Need From You**:
- Experience with new customer implementations, technical support or similar technical experiences
- Software industry experience preferred, software-as-a-service industry experience a plus
- Knowledge of SQL queries and scripting languages a plus
- Effective communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- Minimal travel required to Sovos locations, events, or other projects
