We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team We value experience, but more importantly, we prefer people with a good attitude and willingness to learn.. **What experience you should have?**:
- At 5+ years of proven **IT recruiting experience**:
- Ability to work independently from your home.
- Experience recruiting for an array of software engineering roles.
- Someone who is organized, works with a strong sense of urgency, and can quickly prioritize.
- Brings a "can-do attitude, willingness to do "what it takes.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- C1 Level of English is required
- Client facing experience is required specifically with US based clients
- Team leadership is preferred but not required.
- Skills in database management and record keeping.
