Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for executive roles, particularly in Marketing, IT, and Finance in SaaS technology companies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level positions, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Source and engage with senior-level candidates using various channels, such as LinkedIn and professional networks.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to senior-level roles within the SaaS industry.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver quality candidates.
  • Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for leadership roles.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Fluent English skills (advanced-native level).
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in Talent Acquisition, particularly for senior or executive-level positions.
  • Experience in talent acquisition for SaaS technology companies is required.
  • Prior experience working in a start-up environment is highly preferred.
  • A deep understanding of industry-specific terminology and needs for executive roles in Marketing, IT, Finance, etc.
