FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:

- Responsable del sello ut de su zona.
- Establecer contacto con los productores agrícolas de su zona, ya sean clientes actuales o potenciales, para promover los productos de Arysta y generar nuevos negocios.
- Atender a los distribuidores asignados para cumplir con el budget, velando por el cumplimiento de los programas de venta, gestionando el abastecimiento y la cobranza.
- Participar en el Plan X Pert, coordinado por el área técnica, realizando ensayos sobre determinados productos para poder observar en terreno el resultado de su aplicación y darlos a conocer para respaldar sus asesorías.
- Dar capacitaciones, en conjunto con el departamento técnico, tanto a la fuerza de venta de los distribuidores como a los agricultores, sobre las aplicaciones y usos de los productos, con el fin de darlos a conocer y promover su venta.
- Contactar a asesores técnicos para presentarle los productos de Arysta y conseguir que los recomienden.
- Recopilar y entregar información de mercado de la zona y traspasarla a su jefatura para considerarla en la correcta toma de decisiones, como parte del Análisis Territorial.
- Apoyar en seminarios, charlas y exposiciones, donde se desea marcar presencia, atendiendo en stands de Arysta para dar a conocer y promover sus productos.
