Currently we are looking for Marketing Field Manager to contribute to AZ’s commercial success through the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans that lead to a sustainable, profitable and competitive positioning of AstraZeneca products oncology therapeutic area.

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Project management to ensure tactical plan deliverable, project actions and milestones are effectively delivered.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Work with product managers to handle Strategy implementation (backlogs) and new projects.
- Follow up the effectiveness of activities including communication, promotion and advertising programs and suggest improvements as necessary.
- Help teams implement changes effectively and timely.
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Ensure that the right customers receive the right message through the right channel at the right time, aligning of BRANDS tactical plan.
- Understanding national marketing plans and tailoring them to suit regions.
- Identifying specific regional marketing goals and needs.
- Recommending tactics to implement in regional marketing plans.
- Supervising and developing the regional marketing budget.
- Evaluating productivity and marketing strategies’ return on investment (ROI).
- Ensuring all business activity complies with relevant Acts, legal and ethical standards.

**SKILLS**
- This role requires an experience in marketing roles in Public/Institutional products.
- Project management tracking and monitoring.
- Understanding the distinctive nuances of working in the field of oncology.
- Customer focus plus the ability to communicate well with key opinion leaders and all levels of management.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
