Your role at Clorox:
Como Business Support Manager tendrás la responsabilidad de establecer las estrategias de planificación de recursos de planta para garantizar su máxima utilización mientras se minimiza el costo y níveles de inventarios. También serás responsable del cumplimiento y soporte en actividades de control interno para los procesos de manufactura como así también la planificación y control a corto y largo plazo del presupuesto del área.
In this role, you will:
Esta función debe garantizar el abastecimiento y mantenimiento de productos disponibles para la venta y las instalaciones en tiempo y costo óptimos. Dentro de sus responsabilidades, se encuentran la administración y desarrollo de áreas de planificación de planta, gestión de procesos MRP, planificación de producción, coordinación de abastecimiento de materiales y repuestos, cumplimiento de níveles de inventario y normativas legales, y optimización de operaciones de almacén.
What we look for:
- Asegurar el cumplimiento con normativas legales locales y políticas internas: Mantener las operaciones en cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos, Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura, regulaciones locales e internas de Seguridad, Salud y Medioambiente, así como control de insumos fiscalizados. Supervisar las operaciones relacionadas a la compra, uso y registro de insumos químicos y bienes fiscalizados. Asegurar el correcto cumplimiento y proponer mejoras de los procesos de Inventario de acuerdo a las políticas SOX- Administración y desarrollo de las áreas a cargo: Desarrollar herramientas de administración visual para comunicar efectivamente información relevante al personal buscando reducir errores, incrementar estandarización y promover la difusión de información, ideas y progreso. Desarrollar y utilizar métricas para monitorear, administrar el impacto del performance de las áreas a cargo. Utilizar conceptos Lean para analizar, realizar seguimiento y mejorar la productividad, calidad y efectividad de las áreas a cargo. Analizar tendencias y sus efectos en el negocio.Elaborar y llevar el control de los presupuestos del área y contratos con terceros a cargo.- Administrar los procesos de planeamiento de planta para logar alineamiento a los procesos de SAP: Asegurar la ejecución y cumplimiento de los planes de producción y abastecimiento de materiales. Generar planes de acción para logar alineamiento con los procesos de SAP. Facilitar la resolución de problemas relacionados al abastecimiento de materiales y productos. Dar soporte a la organización de Product Supply participando en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de forecast para desarrollar estrategias de control y reducción de Working Capital, Inventarios deteriorados y obsoletos.- Soporte al negocio: Brindar soporte total a los sistemas de calidad, asegurando que las acciones correctivas sean efectivamente asignadas y completadas así como también brindar soporte a las iniciativas GME (Global Manufacturing Excelence)
