As a Logistics Operations Manager at The Clorox Company, you will oversee the logistics function in our plant. This role is responsible for ensuring the continuity of formulation and packaging operations as well as spare parts inventory management in compliance with inventory policy.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in warehouse management within consumer goods companies. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that warehouse operations are executed according to safety, quality, and internal controls standards while maintaining expected efficiency.

In this role, you will direct and coordinate activities related to handling, storage, and distribution of materials and products in the plant. You will also provide technical support to manufacturing on material handling, material storage, or usage.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in warehouse management and possess leadership skills through influence at all levels. Proficiency in Power BI and knowledge of methodologies such as TPM are desirable. Additionally, a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, or Electronics, Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields, or equivalent working experience, is required.

You will be accountable for Safety, Quality, and Internal controls in the warehouse operation. Furthermore, you will increase capability in the operations team by implementing TRACC methodology and reappling basic tools in the warehouse operation.

This position offers competitive compensation, including a salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience. The Clorox Company also provides generous benefits, flexible work environment, and opportunities for learning and growth.
