We are looking for bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service and compliance specialists to help our global business expansion into Latin America and other countries.
These are hourly, independent contractor opportunities in the medical device and business formation industries. Customer service and compliance are the primary responsibilities, with administrative and virtual assistant responsibilities as secondary. We offer either a standard hourly position, or a hybrid package which includes an hourly wage with a generous commission program for those who want the potential for much greater income. Pay is negotiable.

COMPANY SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

The company specializes in quality and regulatory compliance in the areas of medical device and business formation and support, providing a blend of standard and customized options to meet specific business needs of customers. Support covers the entire device life cycle with a global scope, including the US, EU, and various markets globally.
SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
The Customer Service Specialist serves as customer service and administrative support for the QNR consulting business. The position communicates with consultants and a network of global customers, responds to inquiries and requests for information, and supports the day to day activities of the business.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED
Limited supervision provided by a QNR Consultant following training / onboarding.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED
The position has no supervisory responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
- Schedules appointments for consultants and coordinate schedules / calendars.
- Generates and maintains quotes for business, invoices and related documents, and electronic payments; updates spreadsheet logs and systems as needed.
- May also support the business with administrative tasks, including making reservations, purchasing office supplies, and other services as needed.
- Other related duties and activities as assigned.
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.
- Education: Degree (BS/BA) preferred, or equivalent level of experience.
- Experience: The position provides administrative / general support, and at a minimum, does not require specialized skills. To perform this job successfully, one year of customer service and/or administrative experience is required, preferably in the medical field, medical devices or other regulated industry.
- Prior internal / external experience working with schedules is preferred.
- Must be able to demonstrate comprehension of English. Written and oral comprehension of Spanish is preferred.
- Must be able to make phone calls and send text messages to the United States and other countries internationally for purposes of scheduling and daily business activities.
- Desire for a career in the medical field / medical device industry preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The position works remotely, so no physical requirements have been identified with the remote work arrangement. This position is not expected to require travel.
