We'll count on you to:

- Understand client risks and support Senior colleagues in advising clients on insurance strategy solutions.
- Contribute new ideas to improve Marsh's approach with its clients.
- Conduct market research, prepare presentations and develop proposals for potential clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify, evaluate and negotiate insurer coverage policies to meet client needs.
- Support commercial teams in bids and renewals.

What you need to have
- To be a university student.
- Industrial Engineer, Business Administrator or similar
- Advanced level of English and Spanish. A third language will be an asset.
- Advanced level of Excel
- Excellent communication skills.
- Growth mindset.
- Eager to learn from a different industry than the one you are used to.
