Como _Sr. Customer Rep, Account Management _será Responsable:
- Del cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos y de ventas de la cartera asignada, garantizando el adecuado uso de los recursos disponibles para la comercialización, venta, mercadeo, y distribución de los productos de la compañía.
- Ejecutar en corto y largo plazo los planes de comercialización para garantizar el crecimiento de la participación y liderazgo en el mercado.
- Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio
- Trabajar de manera conjunta y funcional con sus pares, áreas de soporte, equipos regionales y globales.
- Ejecutar el plan de negocios según las oportunidades de mercado orientadas a los objetivos de crecimiento local y estrategia de marketing global.
- Asegurar compliance (Políticas, provisiones, planes comerciales, actividades de mercadeo, D&O, material promocional, estudios clínicos entre otros).
- Implementación de las estrategias y planes del portafolio de productos, monitoreando el desempeño de las marcas/productos, recomendando acciones y colaborando en proyectos asignados.
- Apoyar en la investigación del mercado, necesidades y satisfacción de clientes, así como la elaboración de medidas preventivas y análisis de la competencia
- Desarrollar estrategias a mediano y largo plazo de los productos, los cuales contribuirán al logro de los objetivos corporativos con respecto al volumen de ventas y rentabilidad.
Es requerido:
