Responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives

**Resumen de descripción de puesto**

Responsable de las actividades y procesos que ayudan a la organización de ventas a alcanzar los objetivos comerciales.

Ejecutar dentro de un marco comercial/de ventas bien definido. Generalmente existe una secuencia paso a paso de tareas estándar que deben seguirse para lograr el resultado final. El trabajo suele estar sujeto a una estricta supervisión. Esto puede ser en forma de verificación humana o de sistemas. Responsable de apoyar al Equipo Comercial Perú.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Efectividad de la fuerza de ventas, análisis de productividad, asignación de recursos y cobertura territorial, incentivos de ventas, plataforma y herramientas Salesforce CRM, líder de planificación y pronóstico comercial, procesos de Enquiry to Order (ITO), líder de ITO para revisiones comerciales. Limpia y mantiene datos en sistemas comerciales y otros sistemas centrales (CRM, SFDC, ERP, etc.).
- Desarrollar conocimientos conceptuales de la propia disciplina. Desarrollar el conocimiento del propio territorio de ventas, líneas de productos, mercados, procesos de venta o grupos de clientes. Puede incluir funciones de apoyo con experiência especializada o conocimiento técnico en un área amplia.
- Aplica conocimiento general de negocios desarrollado a través de educación o experiência pasada. Entiende cómo el trabajo del propio equipo contribuye al área.
- Resuelve problemas utilizando procedimientos establecidos. Consulta al supervisor o a miembros de mayor rango del equipo sobre problemas fuera de las instrucciones/parámetros definidos.
- Colabora con otros para resolver problemas. Para roles de cara al cliente, desarrolla relaciones sólidas con los clientes y sirve como interfaz entre el cliente y GE. Intercambia información técnica, hace preguntas y comprueba su comprensión.
- Homologación, cotizaciones, emisión de POs y coordinación con proveedores.
- Solicitud de validación y actualización de clientes en el sistema
- Paquete de pedido y seguimiento para la reserva.
- Preparar y presentar informes semanales sobre Órdenes CALA vs. Pronóstico, W&L trimestrales y otros informes requeridos por la región.
- Solicitud de WF LSI y PPW
- Presentación y seguimiento de ACOS-Concesiones
- Elaboración de facturación (ingreso de códigos al sistema, armado de solicitud, etc.) y NCs
- Revisión de contratos, propuestas y elaboración de Adendas
- Presentación y seguimiento de la Política 5.0
- Otros según se requiera: Solicitud de AST, Prepago WF, Pago Anticipado, elaboración de cartas, CP Onboarding, presentaciones, entre otros.Required***

**Qualifications**
- Licenciatura/Profesional de una universidad acreditada con 2 o 3 años de experiência en soporte de ventas administrativas.
- Inglés avanzado
- Gestión de soporte al equipo de ventas.
- Salesforce u otro sistema de gestión de ventas.
