Description:Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and become an integral part of our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients. Key requirements:1.
Bi-Lingual Proficiency (English/Spanish)2.
Prior Customer Service Experience3.
Call Center Experience is a plus4.
Excellent phone etiquette5.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment6.
Maintain a call average of at least 8 calls per hour during the initial adaptation period.7.
After the adjustment phase, maintain a minimum of 10 calls per hour. Exceeding the minimum goal is encouraged, and those consistently achieving an average of 11 calls per hour or more, while meeting quality control standards, will have access to our lucrative incentive programs. Benefits:• Lucrative Performance Bonuses: Achieve and maintain an outstanding call average of 11 calls per hour or more, coupled with meeting our stringent quality control standards, to unlock generous performance bonuses.• Incentive programs for high-performing CSRs: Beyond your rate per hour, our incentive program and monthly bonus recognition program, offers additional financial rewards, ensuring that your hard work is duly acknowledged and rewarded.• Opportunities for career growth: Outstanding CSRs may be eligible for fast-track career advancement within our organization, opening doors to exciting new roles and responsibilities.• Home office / Remote.Work Schedule and Compensation• Flexible daytime shifts of 6 or 8 hours• From 9am to 5pm EST; Monday to Friday Full-Time Salary: 640usd.Part-Time Salary: 320usd• The hourly rate is $4 per hour (with potential for raises).• Training sessions are paid.Please send resumes in English.
