Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, including performance-based salary increases. Additionally, you will receive a generous paid-time-off policy, technology/stipend for office use, health coverage, flexible working hours, remote work options, continuing education/training opportunities, company-sponsored coursework/exams/certifications, and more.
